These Terms of Service govern your use of aisentrixora.com (the “Site”) and the services, information products, and goods provided by Aisentrixora (the “Company”). By using the Site or purchasing any offering, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any offering.

1. Services
The Company provides professional services in IT security and digital literacy, including assessments, consulting, and training (collectively, “Services”). Scheduling details and deliverables are set forth in individual Statements of Work or proposals. All fees for Services are due prior to commencement.
2. Information Products
Information products, such as e-books, recorded courses, and tutorials (collectively, “Digital Products”), are delivered electronically upon purchase. Access is granted immediately and in full once payment is confirmed.
3. Goods
The Company may offer physical goods (the “Products”) related to IT security tools and learning kits. Shipping and handling fees are disclosed at checkout, and Products are shipped to the address provided by the purchaser.
4. Refund Policy
This policy outlines how refunds are handled for different offering types. All refund requests must be made in writing by email or via contact us.
4.1 Services
Clients may request to reschedule a Service at least 48 hours before the scheduled date without additional charge. If rescheduling is not feasible, the Company will issue a refund for the unused portion of the Service. Refunds are processed via the original payment instrument within 14 days of approval.
4.2 Digital Products
Due to immediate delivery and access, Digital Products are not eligible for refund once access is granted. Prior to purchase, previews or samples are available to help you make an informed decision.
4.3 Products
If a Product arrives damaged or is missing components, notify the Company within 7 days of delivery. The purchaser must ship the Product back in its original condition. Upon receipt and inspection, the Company will either issue a refund or provide a replacement. Refunds are credited via the original payment instrument within 14 days.
5. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these terms at any time by posting revised terms on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability arising from any claim related to these terms will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. The Company is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages.
